We use the very latest liquid anhydrite screeds, the key ingredient of which is anhydrous (dry) calcium sulphate which replaces the cement in an old-fashioned type of screed. We deliver these ready mixed to the site and then pump the screed on to the substrate with a pump and a hose. As you might imagine, the process is very quick. Because it is liquid, it obviously levels itself out. All we then need to do is to run over it with a dappling bar in order to remove any air bubbles, and then leave it to dry.
