1) How long does it take for liquid screed to completely dry?
The average time for liquid screed to dry is between 24 and 48 hours. You should be able to walk on your flooring after this amount of time has passed.
However, it is recommended to wait at least one week before installing heavy objects and items on top of the flooring surface, such as partition walls, kitchen appliances, stairs, etc.
If the liquid screed was poured over an underfloor heating system, proceed to force dry the liquid screed after the initial one-week waiting period. A three-week cooling and heating cycle from the underfloor heating system should follow that.
2) Can I Use Liquid Screed for Any Type of Flooring?
Yes, liquid screed is a suitable internal application for most commercial and residential floors. For instance, you can use liquid screed for the flooring of your residential kitchens and bathrooms or your commercial retail shops and offices.

Liquid screed is far superior to traditional sand and cement screeds because it offers significant compressive and flexural strength and does not curl or shrink as much.

4) Do you Install Underflooring Heating Systems?
